About me and my practice
I have experience of working with both young people,adults,couples with relationship issues,self-esteem, loss, anxiety.
I understand the importance of working together to help you gain understanding of your patterns of behaviour and how these relate to the way you view yourself and the world around you.
Having worked in health and social care for the last 16 years, I have an experiential understanding of the relationship between mental and physical health. This twinned with my qualification means I am able to build the most appropriate strategies to help you work towards your goal/s. My work is instinctive, enabling a bespoke approach and working creatively as necessary to develop your self-awareness.

I am a qualified integrative therapist.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Trained in person-centred, psychodynamic, existentialism and cbt method.
I have also trained in on-line and telephone counselling
I am trained in rewind therapy
I am trained in couples
As well as holding a foundation certificate in Bereavement Counselling.
I am committed to ongoing personal development to enhance my practice.

Initial Consultation
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to find out what brings you to therapy and for you to ask any questions that you may have.
We can then book a 50 minute initial assessment where we can meet to explore more of what your current situation is and what you would like to achieve from coming to therapy.
Fees
My fees for online counselling services are £55.00 for 50 min slot.
For couples the service is £75.
